Hi, the welcome and staff member was friendly and professional but for the money paid, the facilities are lacking. Old, dirty, not maintained well, bedding old, kitchen and rooms need a makeover or revamp. The only item that was acceptable, based on other backpackers I have frequently visited was the towel I received. The rest, nope.
