Located in a panoramic area on the ground floor of a renovated rascard with extraordinary views of the Monte Rosa glacier and the valley.
Direct access to a large garden for exclusive use, with absolute tranquility.
Discounts for stays of at least 1 week.
For our holidays and weekends we usually use this apartment which is complete with everything, with very nice alpine style furnishings.
The restaurant is 35 square meters and although there are 4 beds, it is ideal for a couple or a family with a son / daughter.
Living room with kitchenette, with sofa bed for 2 single places.
Room with double sofa bed.
Kitchen equipped with oven and a 4 burner electric plate.
Comfortable bathroom with shower box.
Autonomous heating.
Garage in adjacent building 50 meters away.
Possibility of excursions starting directly from the house: Sanctuary of Barmasc (25 min), Punta Zerbion (3h 30min); walks and trekking on the Ru Courtod itinerary, irrigation canal created in the 15th century by the local population.

Antagnod ski resort at 3 km.
Champoluc ski resort 8 km away.
