About this house rental

Quiet house with a beautiful garden equipped to make a nice barbecue and relax in the outdoor whirlpool (summer). A fully fenced lawn of 1000 square meters provides a safe space for your children and your animals. The price includes sheets, towels, all costs (electricity, heating, etc.) and final cleaning. Just 10 minutes from Aosta and the Pila cable car, 20 minutes from Cogne, 25 from Courmayeur offers a beautiful starting point to visit the entire upper Valle D'aosta. The structure is in a small village of 1800 inhabitants, but where there are restaurants, pizzeria, mini market, pharmacy, ice cream shop, post office and bank.

Lovely property and Marco was superb (and helpful with dog walk recommendations). The house is on the first floor with parking a bit away from the house so if you have lots of luggage take note! Also, the fenced garden is away from the house…down the stairs and through the communal area to get to-no sipping a glass of wine with the back door open and the dogs playing-you’ll have to take all your bits with you. For me, a bit too much effort, but for others I’m sure it’ll be fine. Would have just to have been nice to know this in the listing details.

Posizione ideale per raggiungere sia Aosta che le località turistiche, appartamento con arredamento di qualità, pulito e fornito di ogni comfort, parcheggio privato. Gentilissimi i proprietari. Ci torneremo volentieri!

Wohnung wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist super zentral. Schnell im Gran Paradiso und Mont Blanc. Auch Restaurants gleich in der Nähe.
