First the location, the apartment is modern, nicely furnished, and has everything you need for a short or long stay.
This is the part of Thessaloniki that is close to everything, places to go out, restaurants, important monuments, shops, bars... And it's on a quiet street just a step away from one of the busiest. For those who want to get to know Thessaloniki, this is the right place to start exploring it, come back, take a break, and continue on.

To make the terrace a little bigger, but that is something that cannot be influenced.
You have to make it mandatory for the guests to water the olive tree on the terrace, or to emphasize to guests that they do so. ;D
