Very modern, beautiful apartment block "Alcazaba Beach". In the district Estepona, in a quiet, sunny position, 50 m from the sea, from the beach, direct access to the beach, south facing position. For shared use: terraced garden, swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 31.Sep.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture. In the complex: internet access, WiFi, central heating system, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking at the house. The development is beautiful with very easy access to the apt and the town of Estepona. The apartment is well-furnished with 3 huge balconies. Air con is effective. Parking near the apt is very easy. Pool areas and sunbeds are easy to find and lifeguards are present all the time.
A couple of small points that could be improved -
on arrival, we were met by a very nice lady who did not speak English. We did not have any walk-through of the apt which might have helped.
there were no blankets and although the nights are warm, with the air con on, it's nice to have a bit more than just a sheet covering.
The TV just didn't work - it was Internet only and we could not get Netflix or Amazon Prime to load up and the internet dropped out frequently and we had to reboot the router most days.
Other than that it's a great location, a lovely apt and we would recommend it and will stay there again.

My wife and I stayed here for two weeks. The apartment is excellent and the complex is extremely well maintained. Michael from Interhome was great at answering all our questions. It is quite a walk to Estepona old town so you will need a car or you can take the bus in. Only problem we had was internet kept on going off.

Needs some love and attention. Floor in kitchen was coming up when I mentioned it to to property manager they said they know about it and it will be repaired in October. We were staying there in September so
