Location is great - just a short walk from the town centre. Big bonus is the parking space! The room was comfortable with a superking bed and had everything you need: kettle, fridge, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, crockery and cutlery, TV with Sky. Extras included tea, coffee, milk and toiletries for the bathroom - even Muesli for breakfast which is very thoughtful. I especially appreciated the mirror next to a socket with a chair for doing my hair. Amanda, the host, is very friendly.
My only minor criticism is that the decor is a little outdated.

Excellent location.
Very comfortable bed.
Friendly, helpful host, nothing was too much trouble.
Room could do with a refresh. White cotton bed sheets would be more appealing.
Reliable t.v. connection as it kept going off although the host was extremely obliging and came as soon as was able. )
