The Nest, central Ludlow one bed apartment

Great central location with a nice view. Quiet, and clean with all the basic necessities for a short break. Had a helpful range of literature on the area too.

The double bed was a little bit small

Excellent apartment everything one needed

We were aware of the stairs but a few more than we envisaged. However we did take our time especially with a suit case .

The views of the surrounding countryside. The decorations and ornaments around the theme of the apartment (the Nest) that made it feel homely. The lounge area with the sofa and side tables. Good sized wardrobes

The shower was difficult to work out (I have stayed in lots of places and never seen this before). The dining chairs were not very robust- it felt like they were going to collapse when you sat in them as they moved so much

Location in the heart of Ludlow was great. Ludlow is a beautiful town well worth a few days visit. The markets on Saturday were great.

The room was on the third floor of the building requiring having to go up six flights of stairs. There was no lift. Having to drag our bags from the car park, along a long corridor and then up six flights of stairs was exhausting. When we arrived we found that we had a view over the area west of town. However,this view had scaffolding across all the windows which meant that any work being done would impinge on our privacy. We were there from Friday to Sunday and fortunately no one was working on the site at the time we were there. The toaster had not been cleaned and so when we put on the toaster the accumulated bread crumbs at the bottom of the toaster caused a lot of smoke and set off the fire alarm!!! The bedroom was smallish but did have a cabinet. Unfortunately the shelving inside was poorly put together.
