The community offers a year-round sauna and hot tub, plus a summer pool for your enjoyment. It's the perfect spot for a couple or small family looking for a peaceful retreat.
You'll love the location—just a short walk to the Hyatt Casino for dining and nightlife, and only a 5-minute drive to either the scenic Incline Village Golf Courses or the Diamond Peak Ski Area. Pinenut Place is the ideal home base for your Tahoe adventure!
Please note:
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and occupancy is limited during this time to keep things peaceful for everyone.
For security, the primary guest must be 21 or older and will need to provide a photo ID, credit card, and signed rental agreement before check-in.
Unfortunately, private beaches in Incline Village are currently closed to non-residents, but you can still enjoy nearby public beaches like Sand Harbor State Park and Kings Beach.
Due to fire safety concerns, BBQs are not allowed in the complex.

This is a small unit in an area close to grocery stores and restaurants. The bed is also very comfortable. Worth mentioning is that it is in a very quiet location.

No frills accomodations. It would've been nice to have hand soap, shampoo, pool towels, etc. We inquired to the property management company but they never responded.
It got the job done, but was only the basics.
