About this apartment rental
SKI season long term rental available. Minutes to Diamond Peak Ski Area, Hyatt casino, and all restaurants Centrally located at lower elevation. This is a completely level, one story condo. NO STEPS at all. Covered parking at your FRONT DOOR. New beds including one memory foam mattress (other bed is traditional Sealy mattress). New designer couch. Also added a 45" UHD TV. We have high speed internet, cable TV, and WiFi. Plantation shutters on windows and tiled bath and kitchen. Gas fireplace with a convenient remote control. New carpets and flooring!

Appreciate how so many things were within minutes of this condo- restaurants, grocery store, hikes, and the University of Reno Art Building where I took a workshop. Only negatives were no air conditioner (was told most places in this area do not have AC) and mattresses could have been more comfortable. I would stay here again.Thank you Paul for your communications with me quickly when I had questions.

This is a great property. It was clean quiet and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the appliances were well-kept. The location is perfect. Great little places to eat close by and still not a far drive to the lake. Bars, restaurants, shopping was all easily accessible. We will be back!

Overall this unit served its purpose but we would not stay here again.
Positives:
-location: convenient to grocery & food
-reasonably priced
-washer/dryer
-tv & fast internet
Negatives:
-worn out & thin comforters on both beds
-carpet is really stained & felt crunchy
-bathroom rug was worn & dirty
-bathroom needs a deep clean & shower curtain replaced
-food left in fridge/freezer
-no clothes hangers in either closet
-extra pillows but no pillow cases
-no washcloths & only 4 bath towels
-carport is very difficult to get in/out of because of the rock wall. Larger vehicles will not fit!
