There is also a dining room with air conditioning. Two rooms on this level have sloping ceilings, each equipped with a French bed (190 cm, length 120 cm), TV (flat screen), air conditioning, and access to the garden and terrace. Additionally, there is a double bedroom with a private bath/shower/bidet/WC, double hand-basin, TV, and air conditioning, with access to a balcony. The kitchen is equipped with five hot plates, a mini-oven, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, and has access to the garden. There is also a separate shower/bidet/WC on this level.

Genuinely nice villa, well-furnished and close to Rome. Nice swimming pool and surroundings. Particularly spectacular panorama on Rome suburbs during the night. Very large property with olive garden. Some small negative details: it is difficult (almost impossible) to close the main door with the keys.
