Ein sehr schönes altes Haus mit viel Geschmack gestaltet. Wir mochten den Balkon mit Meerblick genauso wie die großzügige Terasse mit Daybed. Die Küche war super ausgestattet und das Wohnzimmer gemütlich. Außerdem nur ein Katzensprung in die Hauptstraße von Chora Samothraki. Die Dame des Hauses war jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar und half bei allen Problemen. Super!
Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

Das Feigenhaus liegt wunderbar mittendrin und ist herrlich ruhig. Das Haus ist komfortabel und geschmackvoll mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Anreise, Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Sofia ist sehr hilfsbereit und kümmert sich sofort, sollte Hilfe benötigt werden.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
Der Aufenthalt war definitiv zu kurz 😉!

De locatie: midden in Chora. Wat ons betreft de perfecte plek voor een verblijf op het prachtige Samothraki. En om daar dan zo'n mooi, sfeervol, comfortabel huisje te hebben, met ook nog een heerlijk tuintje: het was geweldig! De huiseigenaresse, Sofia, hebben we niet gezien, maar het contact via de booking.com app was heel fijn, ze is supervriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hebben genoten de 6 nachtjes dat we hier waren en "the fig tree house" heeft een warm plekje in ons hart.

The fig tree house overflows with a feeling of great taste and warmth. The interior of wood and rock and the exquisite decoration takes your breath away! We could not get enough of the living room with its pieces of art. The house faces west and the view from the balcony is awesome. The bedrooms are very cosy. The kitchen is very well equipped and exceeded our expectations. Location is very good gives you a chance to walk the streets of the village.
For first-time visitors like us the text-only directions to find the house were a bit confusing - an unambiguous, detailed map and photos are definitely needed! Access by car and parking takes a bit of getting used to. The Coffee maker seems to be broken - we could not get it to work. Ventilation in the 2 WCs could be improved. The front yard can be improved, esp. the small wooden external door, which needs fixing, and the small garden which has a lot of potential.
