Bahçe çok keyifli ve geniş. Geniş otopark. Önündeki plaj özel aile plajı gibi. etraftaki 4-5 villa kullanıyor sadece. Deniz zemini taşlık ama çok temiz. Deniz ayakkabısıyla gayet rahat oluyor. Sessiz bir mahalle. Manzarası çok güzel.
Mutfak eşyaları eski kalmış. Mutfak ve banyo yenilenirse kusursuz bir yazlık olabilir.

Very close to the beach. Clear sea water. Great owner.
Can't say I didn't like, but stony shoreline was inconvenient. We have used a swimming shoes (all sizes available in Maronia market).

Great location with beautiful big green garden in front of the sea
We stayed one week with kinds and they can play all days and can be watched easy from terrace of the house.
The house offer a grill and a full kitchen with washing machine and u can cook without problem.
The Villa have a private beach, is a wild one with some small rocks so the water is very clear and u can see the fishs if u want to make snorkeling.if u want a sand beach u need to go 2 km to a public one.
The acces to the beach is thru a stairs with few steps with no problem u dont make more then 1 minut to the beach.
We fishing from the shore and have some nice catching.
U Have some taverns in the village the nearest is a fish tavern in about 600m they accepts order to go.
Also in Maronia at about 4.8 km u have groceries store and 3 more taverns to eat.
If u want fresh fiah u can go in port of Maronia at 5km and can buy it from the fisherman, also u will find 2 taverns in the port.
The Sea Esta Villa is perfect if u want to be isolated and have very relaxing time only for you. Best choice fort Covid 19 Pandemic.

Excellent location, stunning view. Very friendly and generous hosts. The hosts set a ramps for my husband to make his stay comfortable as he is a wheelchair user.
There are two restaurants with delicious food within 500 meters from the villa.
The stairs to the private beach is not safety to use.
