About this apartment rental
Special, early twentieth century house, completely restored, with independent entrance, located on the ground floor, with a small private garden, near Venice, in a quiet area in the center of Mestre; the tram and bus stop is a hundred meters from the house.
The Tram and the bus that takes you to Venice runs every ten minutes.
Venice can be reached by bus or tram in just twenty minutes.
The house has every comfort: kitchen with microwave, air conditioning, fast wireless connection, 1 bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom.
For more than two people, a second bedroom on request.
Minimum stay one week.
If you want to visit other cities besides Venice (Milan, Turin, Verona, Trieste, Florence, Rome, etc.) the Mestre railway station is a very important hub for all of Italy.
You can do self check-in in complete safety.
You are all welcome!

Lovely cottage within a very short walking distance to transportation. Easy access to Venice. Cottage is efficient and basic - be sure to read the listing carefully.

This large 2-room apartment offers an economical and convenient alternative to staying in the center of Venice. It looks clean, feels new, and has uncommonly practical furnishings for its price range. (Desk, enough places to sit, large comfortable bed, new refrigeraor and induction stove, etc.) The neighborbood is residential and quiet, with a supermarket a short walk in one direction and a stop (Ca' Rossa-Bissuola) for the T1 monorail tram to Piazzale Roma in Venice even closer in the other. The owner, Mara, is very welcoming and responsive. One should be prepared for the narrow bathroom. It makes the best it can of the space the floor plan affords, but the more flexible one is, the better.

This 1 bedroom flat is very cosy and convenient for a stay in Mestre. Location is great - very quiet area close to public transport, the city centre and a big supermarket. The flat is very warm (except the last night when the heating stopped working for no reason) and the space is comfortable for 2 people. The bathroom is ok, we didn't understand from the description that the shower is in the middle of the bathroom and so the whole room gets wet when you shower. We didn't really cook, so no possibility to comment on the kitchen equipment - it was ok for breakfast.
