About this apartment rental
30 sqm studio located on the ground floor of a building with private entrance and private entrance. Composed of living room with double sofa bed and double bed, kitchenette, bathroom with windowed shower and private parking space on the floor in a fenced condominium garden. Equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets, flat screen TV, microwave, fridge with freezer and induction hob. Equipped with kit (towels, sheets and everything you need for the kitchen). Site in Mestre center 50 meters from the bus stop for Venice, 1 km from the train station and 500 meters from the Mestre ring road exit (Via Miranese).

Mit Terasse und Klimanlage wird auch sommerliche Hitz erträglich. Venedig ist einfach mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Eine Anreise mit dem Auto ist wegen der Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück einfach. Der Vermieter nahm sich Zeit und erklärte eine preiswerte Nutzung öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel. Wenn mal wieder nach Venedig reise, komme ich gerne wieder.

Davide ha sido muy atento, se ha preocupado en todo momento en interesarse si estábamos agusto, llegamos antes de la hora de cheking y ya nos lo tenían todo preparado.
Es un apartamento cerca de Venecia (a 15 minutos en autobús y sin el bullicio de la gente, es un lugar muy tranquilo) tiene la parada de autobús y tren muy cerca y tb tiene un centro comercial a 10 minutos en coche donde se puede encontrar de todo.
