The property is in a quiet neighbourhood with a rural feel, but only a few minutes walk from a decent-sized supermarket (part of a larger shopping centre), a bakery and within easy reach of the central bus station and the lake. The appartment seems quite new, is clean and well kept, and easy to look after. It's quite functional but the big wooden beams and wood panelling make it feel warm and cosy. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable, and towels/linen/shower gel etc were provided. It's close to a bus stop, so access with public transport is easy.
For comfortable sitting (i.e. when not at the dining table) there was only one two-seater sofa, but the apartment is for four people, so two of us had to sit on dining chairs. It was fine, but a bigger sofa and/or one or two comfy chairs would have been welcome. It would have been good to have an electric kettle (to heat water for tea).

Location was good
One toilet ground floor level bedrooms 1st floor. Steps not to easy
4 towels for 4 people for a 7 night stay. We did not ask for more but more were needed.
Coffee for 4 people amounted to 6 in all for all the stay. Needed more.
No washing machine or washing liquid.
Property was clean
