The property was nice. We like the room and we had one with its own kitchen. Bathroom was lovely too.
Parking easy on site .
Electricity wasn’t on in the morning. Local works happened and we were only told by a message on the door. So we had to leave with out being able to have our normal leisurely breakfast.

I would highly recommend this place to everyone who likes a calm and comfy places to stay, near Lake Bled.
We talked with the owner who is a really friendly guy.
Bed was really comfortable, rooms were clear and this accommodation has everything you need for a short stay.
I would say that the location is even better, because it is not in the city centre of Bled, where you need to pay for parking, but it is very close and the free public beach is even closer (you still have to pay for parking though).
I could only say 2 things that were not perfect. We had a good weather (not too cold and not too hot), but the rooms were still a little bit warmer than they should be, I think an AC would be a good investment for them.
The other is that the neighbours have some cows and you can definitely smell them outside the building (which is not a problem, but you should know about this).
