Our perfect location, nestled between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, makes Our Beach Breeze the ideal place for a romantic getaway, a girl’s get-together, a family vacation, or a winter escape!
Our Beach Breeze is located on idyllic 30a! We are right next door to Rosemary Beach, just a short walk down the sidewalk to Alys Beach, or Inlet Beach, and a bike-ride away from Seaside, Watercolor, or Watersound!
As our guest, you'll enjoy our community's deeded beach access as well as our beautiful Village Pool complex which includes a splash pool, fountain, and whirlpool!
Our Beach Breeze is a freshly-furnished and welcoming designer studio located in The Village, a low-rise condominium community with cobblestone lanes and European charm. A second floor studio with full-length windows that over look the Village Green and catch the beach breeze; it's bright and breezy!
It sports an invitingly comfortable king bed to sink into at the end of a perfect beach day. The efficient kitchenette provides all you need, because our surrounding area is filled with delicious eateries that await your discovery. Add in a bath with shower/tub combo, a beautiful white leather sofa that becomes a sleeper to serve as an extra bed, a 40' samsung tv with accompanying DVD / blu-ray player, a new, ultra-quiet air conditioner / heater unit, an elevator and rolling luggage rack to transport you and your things, immediate key-less entry, as well as easy access WiFi, and you have the perfect recipe for a relaxing retreat in the middle of paradise!

At Our Beach Breeze you'll find yourself surrounded by places to experience and things to do in an upscale, yet unpretentious environment where you can park the car and walk to an outdoor cafe breakfast, an art gallery and bookstore, a lunch of tapas and fondue, a wine tasting, and live music with fine dining under the stars.
Although discovering the beauty and treasures of The Village, Seacrest, Rosemary and Alys Beach communities can keep you busy for days, when you’re ready to venture out a little further, just rent a bike downstairs in our village and head down the trails and sidewalks of scenic 30a to Watersound, Watercolor, or Seaside!
Prefer to hop in the car? (convenient free parking on premises) within 15-30 minutes you'll enjoy shopping, a movie, a night on the town, or even fireworks at Pier Park to our east, or designer and antiques shops, numerous restaurants, outlets, and lively marina district in Sandestin and Destin to our west!

Here on the eastern end of scenic 30a, we've happily traded the billboards and people-filled high rises for quaint enclaves, beach trails, and convenient deeded access to our inviting, tranquil, uncrowded seashores.
Though the waves are friendly, you’ll find another great choice besides the ocean when you're ready for a swim! Our private Village Pool Complex is just an elevator ride away. It features a fun, shallow, splash pool as well as a second deep pool, plus a lovely fountain and whirlpool.
So it's your choice -- Take a short stroll or hop aboard our cute, complimentary beach trolley for a date with the sand and sea or simply relax and enjoy some easy-breezy time at our private, Village pool!

It's an easy 20 minute drive or shuttle from the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport - ECP. (we're served by 3 airports: ECP @ 20 minutes, VPS @ 1 hour, or PNS @ 2 hours away.) The property was very clean, with a well equipped kitchenette. The owner was very reaponsive, gave detailed instructions and even had a welcome basket awaiting us!! The location was perfect, steps to restaurants, a cute coffee shop, the beach and pool. Although right in the middle of everything, it was very quiet at night. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

The property had the best location, restuarants, shops, small grocery, etc. were right below us. Pool was also right below us. The beach is a VERY small walk. Communication was great! Wish we were still there!

Stephanie was an excellent host! Communication was great, the unit was well appointed and even included a wonderful surprise. Easy walk to both Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. We enjoyed the pool for an evening swim and loved the live music at the area in the center of the complex.

We visited during Easter weekend to join our son's family from California and found the studio to be as presented; however we found the noisy shops and bicycle traffic below to be somewhat disconcerting. We also did not like the check-in procedure that you only received final information shortly before your arrival date.
