Great Location. Affordable being so closed to a prime area like Rosemary Beach. 7 min walk or 2 min bike ride to Rosemary center or to its private beach access. Spacious and well equipped including dishwasher. Nice decoration with high quality furniture and materials, High ceilings. Hot tub, Warm swimming pool. Free adult bikes and rental available at 1 minute walk to complete the bike set for rhe kids. Even in low season Rosemary had all we needed to relax, beautiful beach, nice walks and bike rides, good restaurants. Weather in Christmas was good enough to enjoy the beach, and swim (the brave ones or used to cold water in the sixties), and great for hiking and dining open air.
Noise from neighbours above (not good floor insulation). Dark inside being a ground floor with not many windows. No kitchen smoke extractor. Reported clogged shower and they did not come to fix it.

Extremely convenient location, nice design and easy parking! Overall just a fantastic value for what we got.
Water heater is small and definitely would be challenging for six people. We had difficulty with just four. Fold out couch was not especially comfortable but the trundle bed worked well for us.

The place is beautiful decorated and very clean. The location is perfect and it’s great to have access to the bikes and the private beach.
We were 5 people and one of us had to sleep in the sofa-bed. It is incredibly uncomfortable.
