* Conveniently located right in the heart of Cultural District, within walking distance of all major downtown attractions. Grocery store, restaurants, gym, farmer's market, Saturday market, waterfront, PSU campus, Pioneer Place mall - you name it.
* Streetcar stops right outside the front door, public transportation is a couple blocks away.
* Free secure parking spot available in underground garage
* Free WiFi
* Access to outdoor pool and Jacuzzi tub in the summertime (depending on COVID)
* Free laundry in the basement.
* No cable, but there is a Roku box hooked up
* Fully stocked bathroom and kitchen.
* Currently there is a queen bed in the bedroom and an Ikea pull out couch in the living room
* Pets considered with additional fee. Breed restrictions apply.
*Move-in orientation required
FYI: rentals 31+ days are not subject to the city short-term rental taxes so if your stay is 31 days or more you will not have to pay most of the city taxes.

The condo is a beauty and Nadia the host is so wonderful. She was a great communicator and very responsive. The area is walkable and inviting.

This was a great place to spend the summer in Portland. The condo is well equipped, quiet has a nice view.
But let me tell you about the location! the street car is just across the street, Portland’s famous Framers Market 5 blocks away and the Willamette river 3 blocks away. You can walk everywhere! There’s restaurants, grocery stores, coffee houses, you name it!
Nadia, the hostess was super responsive whenever I had a question or issue. I highly recommend this place.

Nadia was a great host who made the check-in process very easy and was quick to respond any time I had a question. The unit itself was great too. Clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a longer term stay. The included parking space was ideal, and a location downtown made getting around super convenient.

My partner and I had a great time staying in Nadia's condo. We stayed for one month, and I worked from home during our stay.
- Great view of the ridge line from the 21st floor
- Nadia was very responsive and accommodating
- Condo was clean and had everything we needed
- Great shower
- Secure, garage parking (and it's a big spot)
- Access to ebikes, and electric scooters
- Condo is near Oregon State University, the river walk, great food trucks, and the neighborhood felt safe
I would highly recommend staying here!
