About this house rental
1,200 sq. feet of comfortable living and convenient access to all that is great around Portland, a block from the park with playground and tennis courts. Plenty of parking space and land, walking distance to the light rail. The property has three bedrooms, one and half bath, kitchen, breakfast area and living room. Vegetable garden and fruit trees on the property, very secluded yet in the city. Three night minimum stay. Check in is no earlier than 3pm and check out is by noon

The guest house is charming, nestled in a lovely garden among raised vegetable beds, fruit trees, and berry bushes. My two teens commented that their beds were very comfortable, and they don't normally mention such things! I agree. The kitchen is well-appointed with everything needed to make and enjoy meals. Although we didn't use them, it was nice to have access to a washer and dryer. My only comment on furnishings is that it would be nice to have a small desk available for those who need to do some work during their stay. The location is ideal with close access to a major highway, yet the property feels secluded and peaceful. There are also lots of restaurants and stores less than 10 minutes away. Bill is a welcoming host and was kind to offer a basketball for us to shoot hoops. There is also a swing set that is fun for kids. We will definitely book again next time we visit family in the area! I highly recommend!

This is a great cozy house. It was perfect for three friends, who each wanted her own room. The house is a short distance to a metro stop and very close to the Japanese Tea Garden. Yet it is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Thank you!!

The check in for the guest house was just as posted! Real easy! The house was clean and fully stocked with everything you need for a great stay. We loved the outdoor space for the family.

Very satisfied with house, my wife was disappointed in the bedroom and living room furniture's comfort. Needs A/V throughout the house.
