Apartman je stvarno prostran i lijepo uređen. Na odličnoj je lokaciji, ima parking za auto kojeg za otići u centar grada uopće ne morate koristiti. Plaže u gradu (Kolovare, Puntamika, Borik) su malo udaljene ali postoji javni prijevoz u blizini kojim se lako dođe do tamo. U blizini su i dućani, pekare, bankomati, kafići itd. Komunikacija sa vlasnikom je bila odlična. Sve je bilo udobno i čisto i dobro opremljeno.
Sve nam se svidjelo.

The host was very nice. The apartment was clean and fully equipped. Additional towels were provided. The AC was fully functional and a life-saver during the day. It was a pleasure to stay there.
The apartment is next to a busy road, so it can be a bit noisy during the night, but it's manageable.

Easy access to the property and great location, 10 minutes walk to the old town. I only gave a good rating rather than very good because the question was "how was the staff" and I don't consider the owner to be staff. I have not seen the owner but he answered promptly to all my questions by message and allowed us to check in early so I give him a 10/10. Zadar is a great town, next time we will stay longer so that we are able to explore more. Also, we went in early August, so the town was busy in the day, but not unpleasantly so.
Nothing not to like.
