About this house rental
Situated in the heart of Dubrovnik Riviera, a small town called Mlini just 10 minutes driving from the Pearl of the Adriatic – Dubrovnik. Stone Villa Luna is a beautiful private estate nestled in a lush garden, teeming with vivid Mediterranean plants and mature trees with outdoor pool. A maze of charming stone-walled paths leads you to its stepped terraces and decks where you can relax far from city noise and every day life. An ideal choice for families and groups of friends seeking a unique yet consummate experience of Croatia along the Dubrovnik Riviera.
The pretty pebble beach and crystal clear waters are within walking distance, where you can soak up the sun and enjoy the idyllic sea breeze.
The interior of the villa is 180 square meters large and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom, big bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a cosy living room with SAT TV. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms and a 2 bathrooms. The outside area spreads over 700 square meters includes beautiful garden with swimming pool, sunbathing area which offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sun whilst the terrace has outdoor dining area with barbecue so you can enjoy al fresco dining. If you just want peace while reading the book under grape wine you will find beautiful terrace from the other side of the house.
The entire property is fenced and it has private parking for 2 cars.

This villa is better than we could have imagined and in a perfect location, just a few minutes walk to bars, restaurants, shopping mall, supermarket and the beautiful beaches. The villa comprised everything you could wish for or need. The manager Diana is a delight, so helpful and friendly. She had a welcome spread of drink and food for our arrival after greeting us getting out of our transport which she organised for us and also had gifts for our departure. Thank you so much Diana for making our stay so comfortable and pleasurable.
