About this apartment rental

Upper unit, luxurious from top to bottom, no expense was spared with full remodel. Each Unit comes fully furnished with brand new furnishings, amenities, and the highest quality linens and cookware. Rent one unit, or rent them all for family gatherings, company getaways, or friends reunion. This unit features ocean views, and is located on the 2nd story. No matter the occasion, this property will not disappoint. One block from the beach, walking distance to all restaurants, nightlife and shopping. The property includes outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach, outdoor cooking area, 1 parking spot onsite per unit. Monthly and weekly rates are available. Visit to inquire. CA DRE# 01993295

Great location! Walk to the beach and pier in a few minutes. You rarely need to use your car except for day trips to Avila Beach, Arroyo Grande, or SLO. It is a little loud but you’re in a multi-plex unit right on Pismo’s main thoroughfare. The unit itself is bright, gets great fresh ocean air, has most of the essentials (bring your toiletries) and a good sized kitchen for cooking. Clean sheets and towels and no dust! Floor needed a good mop, I let the host know and they quickly replied saying they could have the cleaning crew come back through. Would stay again for a lively beach family vacation!
