About this apartment rental
Artistically designed, beach decor, many upscale amenities, block and a half from Pismo State Beach. Restaurants, entertainment and miles of wide beaches are a short walk away.
3-level condo features beautiful beach decor. Both bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor and each have their own en-suite bathroom. The bedroom with a queen size bed has a TV w/ cable and the en-suite has a shower/tub combo. The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV w/ cable, beverage fridge, balcony, and the en-suite bath has a walk-in shower and dual-sink vanity with reverse osmosis filtered water. The main living area is on the second floor and is an open layout. The living room is furnished with a twin sleeper sofa for 1 person and a queen sleeper sofa for 2 people, a large flatscreen TV w/ cable, and complimentary wireless internet. Kitchen includes granite counters, stainless steel appliances, gas range & oven, dishwasher, as well as a Reverse Osmosis System for filtered water. Private patio with table & chairs off the main living area, closest to the dining room. Secluded outdoor sand shower with hot and cold water.
2 Car private garage with full size washer and dryer. The shared driveway cannot be used for additional parking.

My first impression of the property was how clean it was! I also like that it was tucked away from the busy downtown area (holiday weekend). The property is well stocked, with a beautiful, large kitchen. It was the perfect size for our family of 7, which includes young adults, and an infant.

We had a great time in Pismo staying at this condo. Check in process was easy, location made all restaurants and the beach easily walkable for us >60 yr olds:) The kitchen was well stocked for our needs. My only suggestion would be for the 2nd bedroom. The queen bed was pushed up against the wall which I’m sure is easy for some but was definitely not easy for this senior:( (especially in the middle of the night haha) Overall a nice place!

Great location, fairly quiet. Close to the pier and lots of restaurants. However, as long term renters it is frustrating not to have adequate cleaning supplies. Only a broom (no dustpan) and a mop were provided to clean the floors. Also, communication with the owner was painfully slow such that repairs were not made in a timely manner.
