Very cozy, but more than big enough apartment above the owners of the house. Comfortable couch and bed, very complete kitchen, large television and everything was super clean and new. Looked recently renovated.
Chatting with the owner in the Booking app was fast and friendly. They immediately offered old towels, because our dog was afraid of the metal stairs leading to the door of the apartment.
The location is very near (5min walk) to the old historical town of Monschau, but at a very quiet street and hiking trails start at your front door. For us this was perfect. When in good shape, you should try the Kloster route.
Only the metal stairs because our dogs was super afraid going up and down. But that is not a fault of the apartment, but just our big scared rescue dog. She is also afraid of trains, but you can't give a bad review of a town because it has a train station either ;-)

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und wohnlich. Es finden sich sogar ein Bücherschrank und eine kleine Auswahl Spiele. Die Lage ist ruhig und im Grünen.
Das Schlafzimmer mit dem Etagenbett ist klein und ungemütlich, am besten für Kinder geeignet.
