This place is just magnificent! Huge backyard with everything equiped, fireplaces, outdoor shower and a beautiful beach access. The beach is almost like a private one and you are reserved your own seats everyday.

The location was perfect,right on the beach,just a step from the courtyard and you are on the beautiful sandy beach. The view from big balcony straight to Athos,something unbelievable. The hosts,Lia and Dimitris were wonderful,helping us in every possible way we needed and more! Lia even prepared some meals and shared with us (moussaka and lemon pie were delicious). We really felt like we were at our own house. They have only 3 appartments, and also beach beds for each appartment, so you do not have to carry your own beach stuff. The courtyard is big enough,full of greenery,equipped for barbecue,sitting area or leasure. It is very safe place, far from any noice which was very good for us (65+). There are no shops in the vicinity,you need to go to next place (Pyrgadiki,Metangitsi,Nikiti),but that was no problem for us, since we were also exploring the surroundings and always passed by some big supermarkets for supply. The appartment we stayed (2ndfloor) was a bit small, but good for 2 people like us. It was well equipped with everything we needed, clean and with enough towels and sheets for changing. The first day,when we came a bit late at night, they were waiting for us to wish a warm welcome and some food stuff also waited for us (bread,jam,snacks etc.) and the last day,before leaving,they also offered some gifts to us (their own olives,olive oil and oregano!). Wonderful place and even more wonderful hosts!
The fact that after 10 days we had to go back home, to reality......😥

Lia is the perfect host. Everything inside the room was clean. The house is with a big garden and 2 beautifully arranged sheds . We were spoiled with the fantastic Lia's lemon pie and got a good bye present from Lia's and Dimitri self made olive oil.
