About this villa rental
Welcome to Halkidiki.
A beautiful villa of 140 sqm is built in a plot of 2.000 sqm, just 600m from the beach.
The property is located in Kassandra, 65 km from Thessaloniki Macedonia Airport and only 3klm away from the village.
The house is divided into two independent levels, and can accommodate up to 14 people. In the first level there is a large living room with a traditional fireplace, a dinner table, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower bathroom and a wc. In the second level there is a small kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a shower bathroom.
The outside area has a big heated private pool (12mX4.5m) with shalow places for kids and max depth to 150cm, 30 sqm veranda, a big built BBQ and a lot of garden for parents and kids activities. Finally there is parking space for 5 cars, just in front of the villa.
It is important to mention that only in the outside area of the property there are cameras which are installed for guests and property safety.
The "traditional estate" is at the disposal of all interested parties throughout the year.
At a low additional cost, car rental, airport transfer, with Luxury Van, as well as daily excursions to places you will give us. You can ask and take an offer to compare.

Thanks to the Traditional Estate, Chrisa and her partner we had our amazingly great holiday. 3 families with 2/3yrs old kids was a challenge but everything in the yard is safe and well organized. Late May Thea beach wasn't open but 5min drive to Nea Potideia gives you long and wide sandy beach and is also quite than the beaches to the south. Thanks for everything Traditional Estate, we will come back!

I recommend booking this house for your stay in Chalkidiki. It was great experience for us. Chrisa was very welcoming and answered all our questions.

The house was great, very clean, looking better than in the photos on the Internet, easy to manage and the outer space (terrace, BBQ, pool, garden) was really great especially for us (a big group of 8 grown ups and 3 little children). The owner was really nice from the beginning (she welcomed us with water, fresh vegetables and ice cream and a lot of good advice for spending our time in the area).

Our family spent two vacantions last summer it the house. We've been there June and September. The house is very nice, clean, with all you need-comfortable kitchen, big sunny garden with small pool for us and the children, BBQ and romantic terrace, great view with sunflowers on the horizon and hot water all the time. We going to visit Chrisa and Akis again this summer. Can't wait!:) The owners are very nice, friendly people who takes care of everything you need!
