About this apartment rental
Our apartment is a nice and bright apartment located in a small building with only 9 units, it is on the first floor without elevator. Inside there are a bedroom, a large living room with well-equipped kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom with window and shower.
Private parking, air conditioning, heating and wi-fi included in the price.
The house is close to the historic city center and is 1.2 km from the S. Orsola hospital (15 minutes by foot).
The apartment is strategically close to the historical city center, convenient to any type of service (supermarket, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, buses, trains).
- An extra payment of 20 euros is required for check in after 9.00pm.
- We request to be contacted, some days before the arrival, to arrange a meeting to pick up the keys of the apartment. We also require confirmation by email or message 15 minutes before the arrival to the apartment.
-The apartment is located on the first floor (2 flights of stairs)
-In the price is not included the accommodation tax for the municipality of Bologna (3 euro per person per night, childrens under 14 age don't pay, you have to pay maximum for 5 nights)

Clean and comfortable apartment in quiet neighbourhood with good access to transit. Good communication with host. The kitchen could use a cutting board and sharper knives, a few larger plates and has twice as many pots and pans as needed!

This was a good property, a bit further from Bologna city centre than we expected, but very easy to get to and from the city centre. There are also plenty of shops in the area to get groceries and supplies. The property is quite big for a B&B, and Paolo was very kind, communicative, and helpful. Only complaint might be privacy concerns, the windows don’t have any dressings or curtains. There is also a large water tank type thing on the wall of the kitchen that makes noise every time the taps are turned on or the toilet flushes. We had a wonderful and very comfortable time here though, looking forward to visiting Bologna again soon.

This is a lovely apartment and well kept. The airconditioning keeps it cool and it is superb for one or two people. As the sofa is bed #2 the kitchen/living room may not be to everybody's liking. Paolo is very helpful and the place is immaculate.
The bus #14 to the centre of town (Pizza Giovanni XXIII) takes ten minutes and runs every 7 minutes.
I would recommend it to (almost) anyone:
One small thing: if you have mobility issues, the stairs up to the flat can be challenging as they are very uneven.
