Un appartamento davvero molto ben tenuto e pulitissimo. Comodo e ben distribuito nel complesso, con due balconi, uno dei quali davvero notevole. Dall'esterno, vedendo il condominio, non l'avrei mai detto. Poi, però, sia l'appartamento sia il complesso immobiliare hanno superato ogni aspettativa. È presente finanche un defibrillatore. L'ascensore di ottima qualità e portata. Luci scala con sensore. Due supermercati vicinissimi: Esselunga e Eurospin. La consiglio vivamente La Casa di Manolo.

Colazione accettabile. Posizione lontana dal centro città.
E' stato difficile reperire le chiavi perché sono arrivata di sera, davanti la porta d'ingresso era molto buio e non riuscivo a leggere i numeri per inserire la combinazione. Ho avuto momenti di panico ma per fortuna è sopraggiunta una coppia che, torcia in mano, mi ha aiutata.
