About this house rental
This cozy one-level vacation home is nestled amongst Ponderosa pines on the 5th hole of the Big Meadow golf course. Perfect for a family or friends to gather comfortably and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Central Oregon and all of what Black Butte Ranch has to offer. You’ll have access to the benefits of the Ranch’s activities, including biking, horseback riding, and canoeing/paddle boarding on the lake as well as access to swimming pools and tennis courts. Black Butte Ranch is also a short 10-mile drive into the town of Sisters.
The living room and dining areas open up to the deck facing the golf course by a large sliding glass door. Both areas have comfortable furniture to gather in front of the woodstove, watch TV or listen to your own music using the Bluetooth sound bar. There is also an art wall with a roll of craft paper for those inspired to draw or post the menu of the day. The house is equipped with Cable, Wi-Fi and a Chromecast device for watching movies or TV shows from your personal devices.
The house has a new Mini-Split heat/AC system. Also we have added a large breezeway for guests to "land" their coolers, clubs, racquets, and gear.
The galley kitchen connects to the living room with a pass-through kitchen counter. The kitchen area comes equipped with a Keurig coffee maker and pods, microwave, and an open shelf pantry to easily pick and choose dinnerware and platters to use when feeding the masses or an intimate feast. The washer and dryer are adjacent to the kitchen, and the fridge has an ice maker.
Down the hall are two bedrooms with queen size beds, bathroom, and master suite with king size bed and bathroom. Bathroom in hallway is fully remodeled with heated floors, new tub/shower, and vanity. The on-suite bath is also fully remodeled with heated floors and a walk-in shower.
The large wrap around deck is a great spot to watch golfers and wild life on the course while sipping your morning cup of coffee. This little gem is located an easy walk or short bike ride to the Black Butte Lodge, pool, and recreational area where you can take in the magnificent view of Central Oregon’s Cascade Mountain Range.

**Rental Periods during the months of JULY & AUGUST run from Sunday PM to Sunday AM.
**Black Butte Ranch charges Homeowners a 12% fee for guests as a resort-fee. This fee is included in your pricing.

Delightful and relaxing! Accommodation was perfect for the four of us. Very impressed with food and service at The Lodge, especially bartender Lane. In fact we made a second reservation after our lovely dinner the first night. Communication with the property owner was very easy and he was prompt to answer questions. Two draw backs to mention. 1.) The grill cleaning tools were so dirty and old they were not effective in cleaning the grill.2.) The body wash and shampoo containers mounted in the secondary bathroom shower were completely empty. Possibly small complaints, however, owner needs to know. Thank you —-all in all our stay was wonderful

We had a wonderful vacation. The property was perfect for our family. I enjoyed the view of the golf course and getting to watch people hit their approach shots to the green. Our host was friendly and great to work with. Highly recommend!
