We were 2 families with 5 adults, 3 kids and a small dog and enjoyed our stay at Florian’s house very much! He was also a great host and always available to support us and giving recommendations. Vence and nearby villages were perfect to shop groceries on markets and try some good rose wine. The touristic hot spots like Nizza, Cannes… are easily to reach from Vence but afterwards we enjoyed to come back to the calm and beautiful Maison Rouge. We also worked remote some days there, WiFi worked perfect and in one sleeping room an own comfortable workplace is available. Pool was still a bit cold in May but always clean and the garden /terrace perfect for some relaxing moments. So many topics to mention that were great… We are sure that we will come back soon after this fantastic experience. Thanks to Florian!

L’accueil super, nos hôtes très très agréable et très à l’écoute. Franchement rien a dire tant nous étions bien dans cette maison familiale.
Nous reviendrons si l’occasion se présente.

The open kitchen and living space leading out to the garden and swimming pool made for a very enjoyable holiday. Everything was finished to a high standard. The bedrooms were all large and comfortable. The bathrooms all had up to date fittings and worked well.
The one occasion when we needed to contact the owner he responded quickly and resolved the issue to our satisfaction.

Florian und Audrey waren schon vor der Ankunft super nett und haben auf alle unsere Fragen schnell reagiert. Das Haus ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist sehr sauber, geräumig und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt: ein tolles, großes Wohnzimmer mit viel Platz, ein großer Esstisch für 8-10 Personen, vier Schlafzimmer, davon zwei mit Doppelbett, und zwei Bäder. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, für die Selbstversorgung ist alles vorhanden - von Waschmaschine und Trockner bis hin zu Kaffeemaschinen, und diversen Küchengeräten ist mehr als der übliche Standard verfügbar. Der Außenbereich ist bei gutem Wetter traumhaft mit großem Pool, ausreichend Sonnenliegen, einer Sofaecke auf der Terrasse sowie zwei großen Essbereichen. Für Kinder ist ein Spielplatz mit Trampolin, Schaukel und Rutsche vorhanden.
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend am Rande von Vence. Mit dem Auto sind es nur 5 Minuten ins Zentrum von Vence und ins Nachbardorf Tourette-sur-loup. Ein gut sortierter Supermarkt ist nur 2-3 Auto-Minuten entfernt.
Alles in allem ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt. Florian und Audrey waren immer erreichbar und haben sich sehr gut um alles gekümmert, so dass es an nichts fehlte. Vielen Dank für einen wunderschönen Urlaub!
