OCEAN FRONT TWO BEDROOM CONDO FRESHLY UPDATED
This 2-bed, 2-bath ocean front condo is a clean and comfortable space for your family vacation. Enjoy ocean views from the open living, kitchen, and dining areas. Located right on the ocean near popular shops and restaurants.
This recently remodeled ocean front condo provides clean and spacious accommodations for your family vacation. You have wide open ocean views from the second floor, perfect for watching all the activity on the beach and boardwalk without having people passing directly in front of you. The private balcony is equipped with a propane BBQ grill so you can watch the family play in the waves while preparing meals. The living room is a cozy area with expansive ocean views, flat screen cable TV, and a gas fireplace. The kitchen is modern with upgraded stainless appliances, marble counter tops, drip coffee maker, and a blender. There are three seats at the counter so you can easily spend time with friends and family.
The primary suite is a peaceful ocean side retreat. Relax in this spacious room with a King bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom. The primary bathroom has fabulous features and a perfect layout. Enjoy the convenience of a dual sink vanity while getting ready and a luxurious walk-in shower with three shower heads. The soaking tub is perfect for relaxing after a long day of playing in the sun. The soft lighting in this area further accents the peaceful blue and gray tile work.
The guest bedroom has a Full under a Twin bunk and a pull-out Twin Trundle. For the children's entertainment this room has a TV with cable. The guest bath has also been remodeled with a freshly tiled walk-in shower.

No smoking allowed on the property, including exteriors areas. This property allows pets and requires a $150 fee per pet.

Perfect location with gorgeous sunset views! All the amenities you need for a fabulous stay. Decorated in beach themes which added to the atmosphere. The garage parking was a huge plus.

The kitchen facilities are excellent, even though we didn't really use them for cooking. The living room, bedroom and bathrooms were all good and provided a comfortable stay. I was disappointed that there was no BBQ, as advertised and visible in photos. Also, the curtains in the living room need to be repaired. Some of the curtain panels are missing. Having said that, my wife and I stay in Newport Beach or Mission Beach for one or two weeks a year. I grew up in Long Beach and have to return to the beach to put my toes in the sand at least once a year. This was the nicest place we have stayed and will return. The location is excellent for walking to restaurants, on the beach, amusement, shopping at Ralph's or CVS, or driving to other recreational experiences. I am happy to recommend staying here.

This property is in a great location. Check in and out was easy. Having access to beach toys and chairs was awesome. It is a more low key part of the beach, somewhat noisy at night with windows open which we needed to keep cool. While there are some upgrades here, the whole property needs a really deep clean as cupboards, walls, and baseboards, etc are somewhat grimy.
