About this house rental
Holiday cottage built in 2009. The house has a large open/covered terrace with quality furniture. Two bathrooms, one with 2 person whirlpool, shower cabinet and sauna for 4 people. Large combined living/dining room furnished with exclusive furniture in the best Danish quality. The living room has direct access to the terrace. The living room is also equipped with a TV, DVD player, radio with CD player and a digital satellite system. Kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, cooker hood and fridge freezer. There is a sandpit. There is a heat pump system, which helps to reduce heating costs. Located on a 1,354 m2 plot approx. 300 m from Hasmark Strand.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und rundum gemütlich.Wir waren Mitte Dezember für zwei Wochen dort und die Ruhe war himmlisch. Die Strandnähe ist super, zu Fuß in drei Minuten zu erreichen.

Auf Fünen ist ja kein Ort wirklich weit entfernt und so haben wir uns einige der schönen Städtchen angesehen.Wir waren zur Vorweihnachtszeit dort und alle waren wunderbar geschmückt.Besonders gut gefallen haben uns Svendborg und Faaborg.

Das Haus ist hell und großzügig ausgestattet. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und man fühlt sich nicht beobachtet.
