A well-kept holiday cottage with spa and sauna in one of the bathrooms. The house is located on a secluded plot close to forest and beach. High-beamed ceiling. A large, open kitchen / living room where everyone in the family can gather. Lowered living room with wood-burning stove. The house has an alcove in addition to the 3 bedrooms. There is a large, covered terrace and open terrace, from where you can access the large yard, suitable for ballgames and play. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
