About this house rental
Holiday cottage located approx. 30 m from the water's edge with direct access via private staircase passing the houses in the 1st row. The house was renovated in 2004 and is suited for families with children with room for activities. Panoramic views from both the terrace and living room.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

What a delightful stay! The holiday home in Assens was perfect for our family of six, The kids loved the quick access to the beach, and the terrace views were simply stunning, The kitchen had everything we needed for our meals, and the BBQ was a great touch for our evening cookouts!

Aussicht und kurze Weg zum Wasser

Für Feriengäste, die richtige Ruhe suchen, ist die Lage des Ferienhauses ideal. Einen richtigen Strand wie zum Beispiel an der Nordsee, gibt es nicht. Jedoch kann man trotzdem Sparziergänge am Wasser unternehmen. Zum Einkaufen waren wir meistens in Santager entweder mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto. Gegenüber der Einkaufsquelle, gibt es die Möglichkeit, Holz für den Kamin kaufen. Wer eine größere Auswahl an Lebensmittel haben möchte, muss nach Assens fahren. Restaurants haben wir nicht besucht, aber in Assens gibt es einige davon. / Die ländliche nähere Umgebung haben wir mit dem Fahrrad erkundet. Muss man dafür trainiert sein? Die Insel Fünen ist kein plattes Land, sondern hügelig. Aber mit ein wenig Ausdauer ist es zu schaffen. / Wir waren Ende September/Anfang Oktober im Ferienhaus. Beim Durchsehen der Prospekte ist uns aufgefallen, dass einige Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel bereits geschlossen hatten (zum Beispiel das Vogelhaus).
