About this house rental
Holiday home in a beautiful location, with a particularly beautiful view in the holiday home area of Skarrev. Both from the terraces and from the house, you have a really beautiful view of the sea.The holiday home was renovated in the summer of 2024, when all windows and doors were replaced with double glazing and the holiday home was painted. The house has a bright kitchen/living room, where you can enjoy cozy get-togethers. From the kitchen/living room, you have direct access to the large terrace, where you can enjoy the outdoors all day long. Here you can enjoy both your morning and evening coffee. If it gets cool in the evening, the awning and patio heater can be used. The cottage is ideal for a relaxing vacation with small children and/or dogs, as the terrace is enclosed. There is also a sandbox and a play ship on the property where children can have fun and let their imagination run wild. The lovely beach in Skarrev is something quite special and is known by many for its beautiful nature, good bathing water, and opportunities for coastal fishing. The beach is only about 350 m from the house, and there is a petanque court, croquet lawn, and soccer goals, as well as a small playground at the campsite, which you are welcome to use. There is also a boat landing for small boats, which you are welcome to use if you have a boat with you.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

We had a fantastic stay at the holiday home in Aabenraa! The spacious layout was perfect for our group of eight, and the garden views were a lovely touch, The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals together, Plus, the kids loved playing in the garden while we relaxed on the terrace, Definitely a place we’d return to!

What a gem! The holiday home exceeded our expectations, The kids enjoyed the water park facilities, and we had a great time barbecuing in the backyard, We also took advantage of the nearby nature trails in Årup Skov, which were perfect for our afternoon hikes, A great mix of relaxation and adventure!
