About this house rental
In the popular and family-friendly holiday area near the child-friendly beach you will find this well-maintained holiday cottage. Living room, kitchen and bathroom (with a baby bath) from 2003, and the bedroom section was fully restored in 2003. The house has a large covered terrace with garden furniture and sun beds where you can enjoy the sun or grilling dinner. For children there are swings and sandpit etc. There is a restaurant approx. 200 metres from the house. In summer there is approx. 500 metres to shopping. There is a short distance to Haderslev with exciting pedestrian street. In short driving distance are the shopping towns Kolding and Aabenraa, which are also worth a visit. Or what about a visit to the harbour town Sønderborg, which has many historic sights including Sønderborg Castle and Dybbøl Hill. Many good hiking trails with beautiful scenery. Good opportunities for deep-sea fishing and Put and Take fishing. Golf courses nearby. No letting to youth and builder groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

What a delightful stay! The house is beautifully decorated and very welcoming, It was great to have a large garden for the kids to play in, We also loved the nearby Kelstrup Strand for swimming, The hosts were very friendly and helpful, Overall, a wonderful experience that we’d love to repeat!

A pleasant and practical holiday home that met all our needs, The living areas were clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen was fully equipped, making meal prep a breeze, We appreciated the proximity to Haderslev, where we explored the charming pedestrian streets and local shops, While the location is peaceful, it was still easy to access nearby attractions like Sønderborg Castle, I would recommend this place for a family getaway without any frills,

Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet für Familien mit Kindern super auch für Paare sehr gut geeignet es ist alles da was man braucht und ist sehr gepflegt immer wieder empfehlenswert
