About this house rental
Welcome High up in the north on the German / Danish border you will enjoy in our house Nordic flair. Generously sized rooms on the ground floor offer the comfort of an open living-dining-kitchen area. Here is a cozy sofa area with flat screen TV, the state of the art kitchen area (induction cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, etc.), inviting dining area, and direct access to the terrace and the sunny garden! Also on the ground floor is the utility room (washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner and iron) and a shower room. On the first floor are two bedrooms with large double beds, and a large bathroom (shower, separate bathtub, underfloor heating) and a large balcony from which you can enjoy the beautiful view of the untouched nature. We can accommodate up to 4 people (couples, families, friends). Sheets and towels are provided. The house also has Wi-Fi and cable TV. Garden furniture, barbecue and sandpit are available. There is a storage room for bicycles on the property. Also a free parking is available!Pets are not allowed.

Hallo,
Wir haben uns auf dieses Objekt, die moderne Einrichtung und die technische Ausstattung gefreut. W-LAN und Co. waren einfach zu bedienen und hatten eine gute Leistung.
Die Sauberkeit war im Haus gut!
Der Außenbereich war leider sehr ungepflegt und der imInserat angekündigte Sandkasten nicht mehr vorhanden. Weiterhin waren einige der Gartenmöbel defekt.
Die Lage und die Raumgröße waren gut.
Es könnten Kleinigkeiten und etwas Liebe zum Detail den Wohlfühlfaktor einfach optimieren (mehr Gläser und Besteck, Fliegengitter, Abdunkelung der Schlafzimmerfenster). Gut wäre etwas mehr Stauraum in einem der Schlafzimmer, für zwei Erwachsene war dieser knapp bemessen.
Leider ist die Dusche im oberen Bad kaum zu benutzen, da (durch einen baulichen Mangel?) das halbe Badezimmer geflutet wird. Dafür befindet sich zum Glück eine weitere Dusche im Erdgeschoss.
In Summe haben wir eine gute und erholsame Zeit verbracht!
