The house and yard were as described, and parking was at the gate to the yard. The kitchen was very well equipped and easy to work in. It was cold and rainy when we were there so we did not have a chance to relax or dine outside. We arrived on May 1, a national holiday, and all grocery stores were closed. Our host is a caterer and offered to provide our evening meal and a bottle of wine, which was a wonderful help, Our only complaint is the house was very cold with no way to adjust the temperature. We are in our mid-70s and 65F is just too chilly for us.

Loire. Notre demande de serviettes de bain supplémentaires pendant les journées très chaudes a été honorée, car il n'y en avait certainement pas assez. Nous pouvons certainement le recommander, si vous voulez visiter la Loire et ses châteaux.

Location très agréable dans une très beau village de bord de Loire. Accès à la balade à pied en passant par les ruelles de charme.

A very comfortable property that provided just the base we needed to be able to explore the region, and just a couple of minutes walk from the Loire itself. Would definitely return.
