About this villa rental
Villa Martı is two perfect villas for those families wishing to be close enough to the centre but far enough away for a peaceful holiday. It is located in the Dalyan neighborhood and is within a 10-15- minute walk of town.
All rooms are with en-suite and with air conditioned. windows and doors fitted with mosquito screens.Free Wi-Fi through the villa and around the pool and gardens. The whole land is 1000m2 and each villas are 125m2
DOWNSTAIRS FOR BOTH VILLAS
Kitchen
You find the villa has a modern kitchen which comes fully equipped with all the necessary equipment you'll need. Appliances are: Gas hob / electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave & washing machine. Smaller appliances comprise of kettle, toaster, teapot, coffee machine, Turkish coffee maker and sandwich toaster.
Lounge
As part of the open plan design the lounge offers comfortable sofa and chairs along with flat screen TV showing Turkish and English channels albeit English maybe limited.
Lounge doors open to the garden,pool and shady terrace.where you'll find sunbeds to dine and relax.
Each villa have also located downstairs is a convenient W/c and washbasin.
UPSTAIRS FOR EACH VILLAS
Total 3 bedrooms – all on the upper floor. All en-suite bedrooms
Bedroom 1: Double bed, there is plenty of wardrobe space and draws and access on to a balcony where you can relax with a drink and take in the splendid views and ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2: Two single beds, again as in bedroom 1 you find plenty of wardrobe space and draws. Plus have access to a balcony. and ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 3: Two single beds with toilet and hand washbasin, and one of are villa has extra one single bed located in bedroom three. and ensuite bathroom
POOL/GARDEN/TERRACE
You'll certainly not be disappointed with Villa Martı swimming pool (100 m2),children pool (8m2) located to middle of the the villas. Located in the garden you'll find the BBQ.
Around the pool there are sufficient sunbeds and parasols to accommodate the capacity of the villa.

The property was perfect for 2 families holidaying together.Both villa idetical in layout, with everything you need - though be aware that attic bedroom en-suite was a bit of a struggle for someone 6ft.The journey into town was appx. 1km, but flat.The pool was great, as were the grounds (very spacious).This is our 4th time in Dalyan, and these villas will fantastic for what we were needed and I'd have no hesitation going back

As a large party of 12 people it was difficult to find somewhere to cater all our needs and these villas just did that! We were able to have our own living spaces between the villas but come together to eat and chill round the pool!
The swimming pool was probably the highlight! Massive pool with children’s pool so was ideal for all ages! The pool was cleaned daily aswell as the pool areas!
Transfers were arranged to and from airport in a lovely 15 seater, with no hassles it was a very smooth return trip!
Was met on arrival and departure from Villa by the host who showed us round and helped us with anything. Arranged someone to come and book excursions with etc.
villas were modern and had all amenities on site that we needed! Plenty of bedding and towels supplied. Air con throughout Villa was a godsend at this time of year!
If you go in August make sure you take mosquitoes repellent as we all got bitten alive by them which is normal for August due to the humidity but we didn’t realise before we left!
Villa was located about a 10min walk into town but cabs work out about £4 so was easy to get cabs to and from Villa if needed.
Overall we loved this villa and town! Will definitely come back again! Thank you to the hosts for such a great holiday for us all and making it all such a relaxing time away!

Really enjoyed our stay. The villas were clean and the pool and gardens were maintained everyday.
Ozgur the owner was really nice when we met him. If anything was wrong he sorted it himself when we messaged him.
Pool was a bit cold however that was the time of year. We went in May as my son doesn't cope with the heat as he burns easily so thought the temperature in May would of been fine for him.
10 mins walk into Dalyan town centre. Make sure you take note of any landmarks as you can easily get lost walking back to the villa as my husband found out when he went out on his own.
Overall would highly recommend.

It was very hot so the wonderfully large and child friendly pool was a godsend set in a delightful garden with plentiful fruit trees. The 2 villas were comfortable albeit a few minor hiccups rapidly sorted out. Dalyan is a lovely location on a river not far from the sea which is accessible by an interesting boat trip through the delta with added attractions of thermal pools and mud baths. Visiting local markets are a must where fruit and vegetables can be bought at amazingly low prices and there are a plethora of local restaurants.
