About this villa rental
The villa of oaks is a new villa, independent, of 140 m ², without opposite, outside any housing estate, in 10 min in feet of the town center of Aubenas but located in full nature. This villa, facing south, benefits from high quality services with an independent and private ground of more than 2000 m ² with big trampoline, swings, toboggan. It is fully air conditioned and has unlimited internet access.
Upstairs, you will find a space mezzanine playroom with sofa bed 140, EPEDA bedding, a large babyfoot, a library. Then an independent parental suite of 35m2 with bed in 180X200, a big room of bath, 1 TOILET, a dressing room of 8m2. On the ground floor you have a living room with fitted kitchen, a living room with 2 sofas and a large TV, a bathroom with Italian shower and 1WC independent. The bay window of the living room overlooks the terrace and pool. Always on the ground floor, a room with bed 160 and a room with 2 beds 90. All the bedding is new and quality. Each room is furnished with a large dressing room.
On the front, you will appreciate its terraces, one covered, with garden lounges, sunbathing, barbecue, swimming pool of 8x4m, private, heated, secured by a tarpaulin.
The house is perfectly maintained and decorated with care.

Immaculate villa with good quality furniture and fittings. Very well equipped.Impressive master bedroom suite upstairs but also good-sized king and twin bedrooms on ground floor. Great, large walk-in shower downstairs and bath upstairs.Pleasant view from villa and terrace across pool, garden to wooded slope. Trees and shrubs provide privacy. Shaded and sunny terrace areas and very comfortable outside chairs and sofa. Jacuzzi hot tub a real bonus.Camille was very approachable and friendly. She gave us a very good introduction to the villa having guided us there – we managed to get lost!Navigating the maze of lanes around Aubenas can be challenging!

Villa moderne, au calme très bien aménagée.
Les coins terrasses (couverte et non couverte) et la piscine sont très agréables par leur disposition et leur aménagement. Tout est conçu pour se reposer.
La piscine est chauffée, bienvenue quand les nuits sont fraîches.
Aubenas est à 10/15 mn à pieds.
Les propriétaires sont accueillants et charmants.

Nous avons passé un super séjour à la Villa des Chênes.
La villa est magnifique et idéalement située. Au calme et malgré tout, proche de toutes commodités.
Camille et Yohann, les propriétaires, sont très sympatiques. A la fois discrets et disponibles.
