My wife & I are having a fantastic stay at Swissôtel Sarajevo. From Selma’s warm, efficient check-in to the spotless, quiet room and super-comfortable bed, everything felt five-star. The breakfast was generous and delicious, and every staff member we met was friendly and proactive. The central location made it easy to explore the city’s museums and cafés. Highly recommend—would happily stay again!

Issues - First day the shower wasn’t working to the point where one drop of water only came out absolute joke they had to get an engineer to remove the shower head. Absolute joke for a 5 * Hotel. Also staff member literally telling false information about getting a complimentary massage to lure me to stay at this hotel, which they said its not your birthday so we can’t give it thats sly to be honest i didn’t even want it but its the principle don’t make promises you can’t keep be truthful but these lot will say anything to get a sale. There was bits of food outside the bathroom sink and also blood stains on the floor this shows they are not at all 5* standard cowboy cleaners. Their jacuzzi doesn’t work out of order which is inconvenient to me they also had a paid private one which is not advertised and they charge 50 bosnian marks for it which is a complete joke this shows how greedy and corrupt this hotel is., they could have let me use it to show good faith however because of this I have lost faith in the brand. Third Day - Room wasn’t even cleaned at all considering its a 5* hotel, the cleaners just couldnt be assed and managers didn’t do a damn thing besides change my room. Check Out - Handed an unexpected bill for amenities even after told them numerous times i have a health condition they didn’t give two flying monkeys, they were being deceitful and billing me for every tissue box disposal gloves facemaks I had ordered and no staff ever told me this was chargable which is unacceptable and rude this is a premium 5* hotel its normally included in the cost if the room is it not or have I checked in to a motel people even RADiSSON BLEU which is a bad hotel they will give you a better experience and service than Swissotel sarejevo. No Avoid this Hotel you’d rather stay at an Airbnb.
