We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Sarajevo, located very close to the airport and surrounded by a beautiful park that's perfect for kids to play, walk around, and enjoy the fresh air. The location is also great—close to cafes and shopping areas. It’s an excellent choice for families.
We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade to more spacious rooms with lovely views. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Bojana for her professionalism and kindness, to Dina for assisting us with arranging the rooms, and to Ahmed for selecting outstanding rooms for us.
I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families looking for comfort, good service, and a relaxing environment.
