Exactly as offered, complete, nicely decorated.
Ground floor, all at one level, at the back a balcony. No garden. Parking at the Residence du Port. Flowers as a welcome!
Directly opposite the the road a small alley leading to the port of Sainte-Marine, nice view and good food there. Epicerie around the corner, Tourist nformation at the parking lot at the roundabout. Garbage disposal at parking lot adjacent to the residence.

Pas de désagréable surprise par rapport à l'annonce. Points positifs : la taille et la situation du logement, sa propreté, sa luminosité, l'équipement en général et l'accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire ouverte au dialogue et disponible. Seule amélioration à apporter : donner un peu plus d'informations pour faciliter l'arrivée à la location.

Appartement conforme à la description, propre et fonctionnel, avec une excellente literie et idéalement placé pour la découverte de la région. Rien ne manque dans ce logement que nous recommandons. Merci pour l’accueil sympathique des propriétaires.
