Proximité de l’océan, d’une boulangerie et des restaurants constituent l’avantage majeur de cette location avec la présence d’une terrasse bien exposée. La salle d’eau mériterait toutefois une modernisation de ses aménagements et équipements. Quelques ustensiles de cuisine (poêles, couteaux,…) pourraient également être renouvelés.
