About this apartment rental
Cozy apartment for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 smaller children in Bonn-Ippendorf with its own kitchen and bathroom. There are 3 (4) beds (a double bed of 1.80m x 2.00m, a sofa bed of 1.40mx2.00m) in a bedroom and a living room.
The apartment is an extension with a private entrance. The annex belongs to a detached house with a garden. The apartment has Wi-Fi.
In the private road there is usually enough parking space, otherwise there are many parking spaces in the adjacent public roads 'Im Acker' and 'Ippendorfer Allee'.
If all else fails you will always find a parking space in 3 minutes walk at the cemetery Ippendorfer.
The bus stop is 100 meters from the apartment. Every 10-15 minutes there are buses 602 and 603 to the city center and in the direction of Venusberg / Unikliniken / Röttgen. From 1 o'clock in the week the night busses run every hour until 3 o'clock, on weekends till 5 o'clock.
An Edekamarkt with bakery, Rossmann, pharmacies and restaurants as well as various banks are within walking distance.
Garden use is not included.

The property is very nice in a safe location. The unit is clean and nice but there is an odor of dampness that is a bit strong especially when one first enters the unit. It is near bus stop, convenient to get to the city. The city center, however, is not within a walking distance. One recommendation is to clear an area in the back patio for the gusests to be able to sit outside.

Ich kann mich den guten Bewertungen nur anschließen. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen gut geeignet, sie ist gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Busverbindungen ins Zentrum Bonns sind gut! So muss man keinen Parkplatz suchen. Die Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch meine Tochter hat sich in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und liegt ruhig und trotzdem verkehrsgünstig. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden.
