House is old fashioned, what I like, close to the railway, but for a short stay and, if you have earplugs to use, there is no problem to sleep well. Metro station with metro lines to the center of the town and to the main train station is very very close to accomodation, what is fantastic.
It is a little dark on the street in the night but there were no unpleasant situations.Shared toilets and bathrooms, but I already knew that when decided to choose this acommodation. I did not use kitchen so cannot say anything about functionality. Communication with hosts was a little bit in delay. They should check and answer more promptly to the messages.
Problem was paying because I got instructions for online payment but it was good that I didn't pay immediatelly. I learned from the previous reviews that the owners prefer paying in cash, so I prepared cash even it would be sasier for me to pay by card. All the payment arrangment should be defined by email in advance to avoid innapropriate situation that manager knock on my room door after 10 p.m. and me of course not opening because I do not know who is knocking.
So, in summary, correspondence between owners, or manager, or whatever, and customers should be more professional.

Toilet/Bath on the floor, which was clear from the on-set. That's the compromise for just 50 Euro.

Great location of the guesthouse - uncrowded neighbourhood, a stone throw to metro station and shops nearby, a large pretty park nearby, quiet streets. The owner was very friendly, responsive and accommodating. We were exhausted after the night flight, and the owner made his best to check us in earlier.
The beddings were fresh, which is most important. But the floor looked like it haven't been cleaned for a while. The door didn't sit tight in the frame, sound and light from the hall went through easily through the gap underneath it.
