This cosy 5th floor flat sleeps up to 4 people in a quiet and lovely area in Paris near the Père Lachaise Cemetery and the Parc des Buttes-Chaumont.
LIVING ROOM
The bright living room offers a stylish and comfortable grey sofa and table which extends to sit 4 people. The sofa can extend to become a double sofa bed and sleeps 2 people comfortably by the French doors opening onto a Juliet balcony. The room is decorated with lovely pieces of artwork on the walls.
KITCHEN
Small, yet practical, the kitchen offers all the utilities needed for a comfortable stay, including an oven, a small glass-ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, kettle and a Bialetti coffee machine.
BEDROOM
This bedroom is located next to the living room and offers a double bed, a bedside cabinet and a desk.
BATHROOM
The bathroom is fitted with a combined bath tub and shower, cabinet and a single wash basin.
WC
A separate WC is located on the right hand side at end of the hallway.

We liked the apartment and the area. Good beds, clean bathroom and toilet, really clean apartment. 2 metro stations nearby. Good residential area. Paris is full of bad and expensive restaurants, and we were surprised that the restaurants' food was the same poor level as in Finland. On the other hand, we did not try to find a restaurant that would have been popular among locals. Once we went to the pizzeria Il Pinocchio near the apartment. Pizzas really bad, and the daughter's pizza found black short hair. Food shops nearby, we bought all sorts of delicacies and cooked in the apartment great meat, which are not found in Finland. Great steaks only from a butcher shop, it is definitely not worth the restaurants to expect any wonderful experience.

Appartement chaleureux calme ensoleille tres bon espace. bien range. lits tres confortables. tres propre remise des clefs a lheure pas dattente. Situation geographique parfaite. Insonorise.

Nice cozy flat in good condition. We use stove and oven every day. Also there is big balcony with table and 2 chairs where we spend time in evenings. Very nice location near Gambetta metro station. We don't use nearest Pelleport coz it is not convinient. 2 minutes from flat there is Monoprix shop.
