The cabin was really cozy, we were able to cast/airplay on the TV with no problems, the fridge is big and new, the tempurpedic bed was comfortable and the pillows were fine. It was just two of us but there's space for 3 couples, the house was bigger than we expected. Nice big dining room table too. The heater worked great! House heated up very quickly and remained warm. The lighting was fine. Good mix of lamps and overhead.
The only burners that work on the stove are the small ones which was challenging for cooking breakfast. At least the cast iron skillet helped distribute the heat. There's only one baking sheet and it's pretty beat up, and we had to go buy our own aluminum foil because there wasn't any in the house. Also this is up a steep hill and the closest beach is for camper vans so don't expect this to be a beach house. FYI the hot tub is perfect for two people but very small so I wouldn't expect to fit more than 4 people with their legs all scrunched up.

All of us - 4 adults, 2 young children - enjoyed the "Feelin Beachy" accomodations. The home was well appointed with all the amenities we needed, it was v. clean, beds were comfortable, and 2 bathrooms on the main level of house were great! Hot tub worked well, and our family appreciated the large sectional seating in the living room, Nice to have two tubs of legos and other toys for children. Finally location and neighborhood were great and liked the good coffee shop and small grocery down the block from us,
We didn't like the small bathroom and shower in the room downstairs - shower was uncomfortable and bathroom needs an upgrade to match rest of home.

The location was good. The house was clean and warm when the heater was on. It was a cozy house and they had Netflix.
The heater was loud and noisy when it went on and ran. We had to turn it off at night otherwise it would go on every 30 minutes or so and run for awhile. The house was dark at night. There were not a lot of lights in the living area which made it hard to see at night. The kitchen utensils were lacking(i.e.no colander for draining pasta). The beds were of memory foam type. So if you are not used to that type of bed it got some getting used to. The walls are thin between the rooms. One can hear a fart through the wall.
