Due to its location in the historic town center, there is no parking available at the house. You can conveniently park at the City Parking, which is just a 5-minute walk away, for only 5.00 euros per day

Zeer ruime woning midden in het centrum van Cochem. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijk dakterras. Enig minpuntje is de gehorigheid op de slaapkamer aan de straatkant. Parkeren op 5 minuten loopafstand voor 5 euro per dag. We komen graag een keertje terug

Ich hatte vorab netten Kontakt mit Besitzerin und Hausmeisterin. Wir durften frueher ankommen, dafuer wurde allerdings auch der check out fuer eine Stunde frueher angekuendigt.
Vorsicht, es gibt keinerlei Parkmoeglichkeit am Haus. Die FeWo liegt im dritten oder vierten Stock! 62 steile Treppen. Kein Aufzug.
Die FeWo war sauber. Gepflegt sieht fuer mich anders aus.
Mit geschlossenen Fenstern war es ruhig. Wenn man allerdings bei offenen Fenstern schlaeft, so hoert man den Strassenlaerm bis in den Morgen.
In der ganzen Wohnung riecht es stark nach Reinigungs- und Waschmittel. Nichts fuer Allergiker wie mich.
Ich habe gelernt, bei der naechsten Ferienwohnungssuche vorab wesentlich mehr Fragen zu stellen.
Meiner Meinung nach ist die Wohnung klasse fuer Leute, die keine Probleme mit Treppen steigen oder Allergien haben, die gerne viel laufen und abends feiern. Fuer mich, nicht ganz so belastbar, war sie ungeeignet.
Auf mein Feedback direkt an die Besitzerin kam keine Antwort.
